Cybis child portrait busts are a piece of American fine art history. Jason, launched 1978, originally sold for $195. Jennifer, in 1979, was created at Jason’s companion piece and listed for $245. “ Jessica and Jason are two of only three African-American children that Cybis ever portrayed”, according to Cybis archive. There are a couple of minor spots shown in pics, her face and his hair. Price accounts for this. This companion pair is an absolute rare find!
